This interactive workshop, facilitated by author Canute Lawrence, will deepen understanding and empower educators with practical strategies to recognize and respond to harmful language in schools and classrooms. Through dialogue and reflection, participants will explore the impact of racial slurs on student safety and wellbeing, and learn how to respond in ways that foster inclusive, respectful learning environments.
