Ontario election day is this Thursday! Join us for an urgent ‘all hands on deck’ PETL Ontario Election Phone + Text Canvass on eDay – Thursday, February 27 – at 4:30 p.m. over Zoom. As a group, we will spend some time phoning and texting fellow members to ensure that they’ve gone out to vote for an education-friendly government and against Ford’s cuts prior to polls closing at 9:00 p.m. EST. Everything you need to participate and to connect with fellow members from the comfort of your own home will be provided. You just need to log on to the Zoom meeting, and we’ll provide the rest.
Let’s take this very specific and targeted action to ensure that PETL members vote for the schools our students and communities deserve – and that we deserve as teachers and education workers.
