Thursday May 1 @ 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
PETL is hosting workers focus groups to gather data on the impacts of public education funding on the front-lines. The purpose of the study is to explore the ways elementary teachers experience and address the effects of a changing public education system in Peel. The data we collect will inform PETL’s political action strategy.
We want to hear from you. How is your day-to-day? What resources are needed?
Recruits: We would like to meet with current PETL members.
Your Commitment: We invite you to participate in a 1.5 hour long focus group. At the session, you will use oral discussion and multi-media to share your experiences.
Date & Time: Exact dates will depend on the focus group that you apply to (see flyer for dates). All focus groups will run from 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM.
Confidentiality: Focus group conversations will be audio recorded. All information obtained will be kept confidential and securely stored in the local office. Data collected will be used in locally produced reports and infographics/communications where focus group participants’ identities will be kept confidental.
