On May 1, 2021 – International Workers’ Day – PETL President Gail Bannister-Clarke joined a panel of essential workers to discuss the impacts that this ongoing pandemic has had on them and their work. Titled Essential Work, But Disposable Workers, the panel was moderated by Dr. Naheed Dosani. Gail was joined on the panel by Samuel Kisitu, Butterfly GoPaul, Chris Ramsaroop, and Candace Rennick.
